Every month, our partner OpinionWay asks the French flash questions on the topic of the month.
For this thirteenth edition of Les Jeudis de La Retail Tech, we wanted to find out their opinions.
Here are themain findings ofthis study.
- More than 8 out of 10 French people prefer to be in contact with a human interlocutor before, during and after their in-store product purchase journey
- 60% of French people believe that an automated system (a chatbot, artificial intelligence or both) could provide them with rapid feedback on product availability
- 56% of French people believe that an automated system (a chatbot, artificial intelligence or both) could provide them with accurate information when shopping online
