What AI-related services do the French expect in retail?

Every month, our partner OpinionWay poses flash questions to the French on a topical issue.

Here are the main findings.

71% of French people would like AI to improve their shopping experience, whether online or in-store.

Priority expectations include:

  • Knowing product availability in real time (34%)
  • Reduce search time (29%)
  • Receive personalized promotions (29%)
