What are consumers' views on the personalization of the shopping experience?
Every month, our partner OpinionWay asks French people flash questions on the topic of the month.
For this tenth edition of Les Jeudis de La Retail Tech, we wanted to find out their opinions.
Here are themain findings ofthis study.
- 77% of French people are satisfied with personalized product recommendations; 68% when shopping online and 67% in-store
- 50% of French people are interested in personalized promotions based on their past purchases.
Finally, 1 in 2 French people are not in favor of personalizing their shopping experience.
