What kind of in-store interaction do the French expect?
Every month, our partner OpinionWay poses flash questions to the French on a topical issue.
For this edition #25 of Les Jeudis de La Retail Tech, we surveyed the French to better understand their expectations in terms of in-store interactions.
Here are the main findings.
- 86% of French people have at least one expectation in store: 43% would like to be able to test or try out products before buying, and 38% would like to benefit from personalized promotions.
- 33% of consumers believe that interactive technologies (such as touch screens, posters, point-of-sale displays, mobile applications, etc.) have improved their shopping experience, while 16% consider that they have worsened it.
