What responsible purchasing behaviors are the French adopting?
Every month, our partner OpinionWay asks the French a series of flash questions on the topic of the month.
For this twelfth edition of Les Jeudis de La Retail Tech, we wanted to find out their opinions.
Here are themain findings ofthis study.

46% of French people are prepared to pay a higher price for environmentally-friendly food products, while 45% are prepared to do the same for clothing products.

They are willing to pay on average 12. 4% more for food products, 11% more for pet products, and 11% more for baby products for more environmentally-friendly products.
- Finally,64% are ready to change their daily habits to combat climate change, in particular by stopping the use of single-use sachets(64%), buying food products on short dates to reduce food waste(57%), and reducing their purchases of products in general(53%).
